The benchmark index of Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) closed on Thursday at 2106.65 points, registering a 0.22% increase.

Trading volume reached 5.5 million shares, at a turnover of JOD 4.6 million, traded through 2,736 transactions.

Shares of 129 companies were traded, of which 50 increased, 36 decreased, and 43 remained unchanged.

On all sectors level, the services index and the financial index increased by 0.43% and 0.21% respectively, while the industrial index decreased by 0.24%.

The top three gainers were Jordan Vegetable Oil Industries by 8.89%, Euro Arab Insurance Group by 4.63%, and Ad-dulayl Industrial Park and Real Estate Company by 4.44%.

The top three decliners were Emmar Investments and Real Estate Development by 4.26%, Bindar Trading & Investment Company by 4.23%, and Jordan Emirates Insurance Company by 4.17%.
