Ooredoo announced today, Monday, that its wholly-owned subsidiary Ooredoo Tamweel Limited (OTL), shall pay its Sukuk holders’ periodic payment on December 3, 2014. This comes pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Notes and the Final Terms of the Company’s Sukuk agreement.

In its statement to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), Qatar Exchange (QE) and the Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE), Ooredoo revealed that OTL will pay $18,993,750 on the periodic payment date of December 3, 2014.
