Tile producer Arab Ceramic Co. (Aracemco) announced reducing the stock par value to raise the number of total shares to 125 million from 31.250 million.

Shareholders of record till the close of trading next Sunday will be entitled to the stock split.

The stock will trade with the new par value starting Monday, December 8, 2014.

The company currently operates with EGP 125 million capital, divided into 31 million shares at EGP 4 par value each.
