Jerusalem Pharmaceuticals Co has scheduled its Board meeting to be held on Tuesday, December 23, to review its 2015 budget and the financial results for the period ended November 30, 2014, according to the Palestine Exchange (PEX).

The Company’s capital amounts to about $12 million, distributed on 12 million shares at $1 par value each. It operates within the pharmaceuticals, biotechnology & life sciences sector focusing on pharmaceuticals.
