Saudi Arabian Mining Co. (Ma’aden) said board member Mr. Soliman bin Saad Al Humyyed has submitted his resignation on Sunday, Dec. 9, 2014 from his position as an independent director, with an immediate effect, due to his recent appointment as the Minister of Social Affairs, according to Tadawul website.
