Atlas Land Reclamation & Agricultural Processing (ATLAS) announced that its rights issue will kick off on Monday, December 29 till January 27, 2015.
The company is seeking to increase issued and paid-in capital from EGP 20 million to EGP 60 million through the issuance of 4 million shares worth EGP 40 million at EGP 10 par value each.
Shareholders of record till the close of trading on Wednesday, December 24 will be entitled to subscribe to the rights issue within 200% of their owned equities.
