Oman-Mubasher: In its statement to the Muscat Securities Market (MSM), Dhofar Tourism Company announced increasing its capital from OMR 13.7 million to OMR 14.25 million through the issuance of bonus shares at par value OMR 1 per share.
This capital increase ‘shall be listed’, the Company revealed in its Bourse disclosure.
