Emaar Properties has announced that it will pay its Sukuk distributions, listed on NASDAQ Dubai, on January 20, 2015 at an interest rate price of 6.4%, with distributions totaling $16 million.

Emaar had listed Sukuk worth $500 million on NASDAQ Dubai due to mature in 2019.

In its statement to NASDAQ Dubai, Emaar noted that its distributions will be for the period starting July 18, 2014 to January 18, 2015.

The Company is also planning to distribute profits at a rate of 8.50% for the total amount worth $21.25 million, to Sukuk holders, on February 3, 2015, for a 180-day period from August 3, 2014 to February 3, 2015.
