Al Alamiya for Cooperative Insurance Co. said in a filing to Tadawul that the second stage of rights issue started on Sunday, January 25, 2015.

This stage will continue until Tuesday, January 27.
The first stage was ended on January 22.
Al Alamiya earlier said the extraordinary general meeting approved the board’s recommendation on increasing capital by 100% through a rights issue from SAR 200 million (20 million shares) to SAR 400 million (40 million shares).
