Alargan International Real Estate Company has announced the selling of 542 bonds out of 2,000 bonds.
The Company highlighted that the sold bonds are amounted to KWD 2.71 million ($9.18 million).
Meanwhile, the fair value per share posted KWD 5, with a coupon rate reaching 6.25% annually.
