Cairo-Mubasher: The Bahraini bourse rose as much 0.01% or 0.11 point to reach 1438.58 one hour before session close on Monday.

The market got a boost from Bahrain Maritime which was up 0.57%, or BHD 0.005,  to BHD 0.885. A total of 8000 thousand shares of Bahrain Maritime were exchanged through a single transaction at BHD 7.08 thousand.

The market’s turnover totaled BHD 603.97 thousand, generated from the exchange of 805.59 thousand shares in 20 trades.

 The services sector rose 0.06%, helped by Bahrain Maritime.

Ahli United Bank, Bahrain and Kuwait and Alba kept flat.
