Cairo-Mubasher: Mannai Corp. said in a statement today that it sold its stake reaching 300 thousand shares in Jordan’s Utility Networks Information Systems Consultants (UtilNet) at a total value of QAR 1.53 million ($422.23 thousand).
The equity was sold to Jamil Al-Laham who owns 10% of UtilNet.
Al-Laham’s shareholding reached 100% after having purchased Mannai’s 75% equity and 10% from Mazin Jawaanah.
Mannai stock rose 0.75% to QAR 107 in mid-day trading. A total of 3.4 thousand shares changed hands through 23 trades at a turnover of QAR 370.6 thousand.
