Dallah Healthcare said the board proposed cash dividend for 2014 at 10% of the stock par value, or SAR 1 per share, totaling SAR 47.2 million.
Shareholders of record until the close of trading on the general meeting date will be entitled to this dividend.
The dates of general meeting and dividend payout will be announced later.
