Al Baha Investment and Development has signed a contract to build a villa in Riyadh at a total value of SAR 434.4 thousand.
The project will last four months from the signing date.
The relevant financial impact will materialize in the first quarter of 2015.
The Tadawul-listed firm earlier announced that its accumulates losses reached 123.6% of capital.
