Credit Agricole Egypt (CAE) said its Board of Directors has recommended cash of dividends of EGP1.42 per share for 2014, implying dividend yield of 6.3% , subject to the bank's Extraordinary General meeting approval.

The board has also approved 1:12 stock dividend to increase the bank's capital from EGP1.15 billion to EGP1.24 billion.

The lender has posted EGP682 million ($90 million) net profit for 2014 compared to EGP642.6 million ($84.61 million) for the previous year, with increase of 6.2%.
