With reference to Company's disclosure dated 13 February 2015, and due to unavailability of the Chairman and the Vice Chairman of the Company on 10th of March 2015, we are compelled to change our AGM date from 10 to 12 March 2015 as per CMA guidelines we can not hold the AGM without the presence of either the Chairman or the vice Chairman of the Company.
