Muscat, 1 March 2015: Al Suwadi Power Company SAOG (the “Company”) advises the Capital Market Authority, the Muscat Securities Market and the investors’ community of the following:

Mr. Gillian-Alexandre Jeremy Huart has been appointed to replace Mr. Johan Van Kerrebroeck who represents Kahrabel FZE on the board of directors of the Company. However, as Mr. Gillian-Alexandre Jeremy Huart is the chief executive officer of SMN Power Holding Company SAOG, his appointment on the board of directors of the Company shall be ratified by the annual general meeting of the Company on the 29th of March 2015 in accordance with Article 107 of the Commercial Companies Law.
