Combined Group Contracting (CGC) declared that its subsidiary in Abu Dhabi, UAE has won a tender to construct and perform maintenance works of a residential compound, including villas owned to Shaikh Saif Mohammed Khalifa Al-Nahyan, in Abu Dhabi Island.

The tender is worth about $35.8 million (AED 132 million or KWD 10.7 million), with duration of 20 months.

CGC noted that the financial impact is estimated to a profit of 1.94% by the first year of the project, and 3.06% by the second year.
