Morocco listed, Maghreb Oxygene will distribute dividends of MAD 4 per share , it said in a bourse statement.

The company reported net profits of MAD 9 million ($904 thousands) for 2014 compared with MAD 7 million ($703 thousands) for 2013 up 28.6%.
