Riyadh-Mubasher: The board of Al Alamiya for Cooperative Insurance proposed withholding dividends for the fiscal year 2014, as the insurer has not recorded earnings in 2014.

This proposal is subject to the approval of the upcoming ordinary general meeting whose date will be defined later.
