Bahrain-Mubasher: Nass Corporation said its ordinary general meeting approved cash dividend at 15% of capital, or 15 fils per share.

Net earnings for the fiscal year 2014 reached BHD 4.34 million ($11.48 million), rising 1.9% compared with BHD 4.26 million ($11.2 million) a year earlier.

Nass operates with BHD 22 million capital, divided into 220 million shares at BHD 0.1 par value each.
