Bahrain-Mubasher: TRAFCO Group said its ordinary general meeting held on Sunday approved cash dividends for the fiscal year 2014 at 15% of capital, or 15 fils per share, totaling BHD 1.17 million.

Shareholders also gave the green light for transferring BHD 50,000 to the general reserve and nearly BHD 161,000 to the legal reserve.

FY14 net earnings declined 3.29% compared with a year earlier.
