Delta for Construction and Rebuilding shareholders gave the nod to increasing issued and paid-in capital to EGP 256.7 million from EGP 231.1 million.

The EGP 25.7 million capital increase will be affected through the distribution of bonus shares (one share for each nine shares) at par value of EGP 10 each. The bonus issue will be financed from retained earnings.

The company reported net profits of EGP 4.3 million for 2014, compared with EGP 7.6 million for 2013.
