Casablanca – Mubasher: Douja Promotion Groupe Addoha said its board of directors proposed the distribution of cash dividends for 2014 at MAD 2 per share.

The company posted earlier MAD 1.01 billion ($102.6 million) in profits for 2014, a fall by 40.5% compared with MAD 1.7 billion ($172.8 million) a year earlier.

Addoha is capitalised at MAD 3.2 billion, divided into 322.6 million shares at MAD 10 par value each.
