Bahrain-Mubasher: Shareholders of Esterad Investment gave the green light for paying cash dividends at 10% of capital, or 10 fils per share, totaling BHD 1.39 million.

Net earnings for the fiscal year 2014 declined 8% to BHD 1.97 million, compared with BHD 2.14 million a year earlier.

The company operates with BHD 14 million capital, divided into 140 million shares at BHD 0.1 par value each.
