Doha-Mubasher: Gulf International Chemicals (GIC) shareholders approved to distribute a cash dividend of 22% (22 baisa per share).
At their ordinary general meeting, the shareholders gave the go-ahead to appoint Murtadha Ahmed Sultan as chairman and Mohamed A. Hussain Al Fadhil as vice chairman.
The company reported a profit rise by 57.2% to OMR 391,600 in 2014, compared to OMR 249,100 in 2013.
