Rowad Tourism shareholders approved a dividends distribution of EGP 0.50 per share , representing 5% of the company's issued and paid in capital.
The company reported EGP 6.9 million in net profits for 2014, compared to EGP 296,200 for the previous year.
Rowad is capitalised at EGP 173.1 million, distributed across 17.3 million at EGP 10 par value each.
