The board of Kuwait medical Services (Kclinic) proposed optional delisting from Kuwait Stock Exchange, the company said in a filing to Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) on Wednesday.

The proposal was pushed forward due to Kclinic’s stock being inactive as well as listed on the Parallel Market, the lowest tier of the exchange.

The firm noted that the board’s proposal will be discussed by the ordinary general meeting to be approved.

The Kuwait-listed firm’s capital totals KWD 7.6 million, distributed on about 76.23 million shares with a par value of 100 fils a share.
