Al-Marefa Exemplary Company, a subsidiary of Al-Safat Tec Holding Company, will handle the expansion works of Cambridge English School for a total of KWD 2.21 million ($7.3 million).
The financial impact of such project will reflect on the financial statements of Q3-2015.
Al-Safat Tec Holding’s capital stands at KWD 40 million, distributed on 400 million shares with a par value of 100 fils a share.
