Amman – Mubasher: Zarqa Education and Investment Co. shareholders gave a nod for the distribution of JOD 1.5 million ($2.11 million) in cash dividends for the fiscal year 2014.

The cash dividends represent 10% of the company’s capital.

The educational services company earlier posted a 14.6% fall in 2014 net profits to JOD 3.58 million, from JOD 4.19 million in 2013.
