Tourah Portland Cement Co. has temporarily halted both the production and the packing processes at its Tourah factory due to safety concerns, the company said in a bourse filling.

Tourah Portland suffered EGP 14.4 million in losses for 2014, against net profits of EGP 75.8 million for the previous year.

The company is capitalised at EGP 357.6 million, distributed across 71.5 million shares at EGP 5 par value each.
