Contracting and Marine Services will hold its ordinary general meeting on 7 May to discuss the board’s proposal of paying 5 fils per share as dividends of the fiscal year ended 31 December, 2014.

The firm’s earnings retreated by 44.8% to KWD 917,370 in 2014 from KWD 1.66 million in 2013.

Marine’s capital amounts 22.96 million, distributed on 229.16 million shares with a par value of 100 fils per share.
