Cairo-Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) announced Sunday that it has executed the share offering of Integrated Engineering Group at a total value of EGP 1.8 million.

The offering was carried out on 3 million shares at EGP 0.60 each.

The company said earlier that its initial public offering (IPO) had been covered 18.65 times.

The IPO was covered through requesting 55.957 million shares, distributed across 351 purchasing orders.

The firm is capitalised at EGP 3 million, distributed across 15 million shares at EGP 0.20 par value each.
