Replacement of a Representative of a Juristic Member on the Board of Directors

Bank Dhofar would like to disclose that Ministry Of Defense Pension Fund has replaced its representative in the Bank's Board of Directors by nominating Lieutenant Colonel Zakariya bin Mubarak Al Zidjali instead of Mr. Majid Bin Said Bin Suleiman Al Bahri. This nomination will be subject to the approval of relevant regulatory authorities
