Al-Deera Holding recorded a net profit of KWD 24,060 ($79,640) in the fourth quarter of 2014, against losses worth KWD 4.42 million ($14.63 million) in Q4-13.

The firm posted losses totaling KWD 1.16 million ($3.84 million) in 2014, against earnings worth KWD 1.3 million ($4.3 million) in 2013.

Al-Deera’s loss per share stood at 1.55 fils, compared to 1.74 fils in 2013.

The board of directors recommended halting dividends distribution.

Al-Deera’s capital totals KWD 74.44 million, distributed on 744.45 million shares with a par value of 100 fils per share.
