The following decisions were taken at the 2nd Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Construction Materials Industries & Cont. S.O.A.G  held on Sunday  26 April 2015 .

 1.      Approved unanimously to reduce the number of member of Board of Directors (from 6 members to 5 members) and to approve the amendment of the Company’s Memorandum of Association accordingly
