Riyadh-Mubasher: Dallah Health Care said its general meeting held on Wednesday gave a nod to the payment of cash dividends at 10% of capital, or SAR 1 a share, totalling SAR 47.2 million.
Shareholders of record on Wednesday are eligible for the dividends whose payment date will be announced later.
Shareholders also approved paying board remunerations for the fiscal year 2014 at SAR 200,000 per member.
