Hayat Communications’ ordinary general meeting (OGM) agreed on the board’s recommendation of withholding dividends for the fiscal year 2014.

Kuwait Stock Exchange noted that Hayat’s extraordinary general meeting was postponed.

The communications company reported a growth of 15% in its annual earnings, posting about KWD 80,900 ($472,800) in the fiscal year 2014 compared to nearly KWD 70,330 ($237,200) in the previous year.
