Salbookh Trading and Yiaco Medical will hold their ordinary general meeting on 19 and 20 May respectively to review the board’s recommendation of withholding dividends of the fiscal year 2014, according to a bourse filing.

Salbookh will also elect new board members for the upcoming three years.
