With reference to our disclosure yesterday on the MSM website regarding the merger between Shaden Development SAOC and National Mass Housing SAOC.

It published wrongly on the Oman newspaper today 13 may 2015, page 6 Oman economy. That the merger will be between Al Madina Investment SAOG and National Mass Housing SAOC, which were not correct.

The correction is: Al Madina Investment Board meeting agreed with the recommendation of the board meeting of Shaden Development SAOC and recommendation of the board meeting of National Mass Housing SAOC to be merged together.
