Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt-based dairy and juice producer Juhayna Food Industries said it generated EGP 65.2 million ($8.5 million) in net profits for the first quarter of 2015, an increase of 50.9% from EGP 43.2 million ($5.7 million) in the same period last year.
Meanwhile, standalone net profit reached EGP 61.2 million, compared with EGP 117.9 million in Q1-14.
Juhayna’s FY14 net profit had amounted to EGP 170.1 million, with a drop of 48.2% year-on-year.
