Cairo – Mubasher: Modern Shorouk Printing and Packaging said Monday its consolidated net profits for the first quarter of 2015 rose by 32.3% to EGP 5.6 million ($733,000), from EGP 4.2 million ($550,000) in the corresponding period last year.

Meanwhile, standalone net profit stood at EGP 5.4 million, compared with EGP 3.4 million.

The printing company previously posted EGP 11.2 million in net profits for the fiscal year 2014, down from EGP 18.2 million a year earlier.
