With reference to the rules and guidelines on disclosures approved by the Board of Directors of Capital Market Authority,we would like to inform  that the Board of Directors of Raysut Cement Company (SAOG) held its meeting No. (3/2015) on Tuesday 9/6/2015 and  have taken the following decisions : -

1. Appointed  Sh. Ahmed Bin Ali Bin Sahal Al Hafeez –as an Advisor to the Board of Directors.

2. Appointed  Mr.Yousuf Bin Ahmed Bin Alawi Al Ibrahim - as head of internal audit .

These decisions shall be effective from 9/6/2015.
