Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt-listed Modern Waterproofing Co. (Bitumode) announced Sunday divesting its businesses in Qatar.

The company sold a 20% stake in Bitumode Qatar plant at a total value of QAR 40,000, according to bourse statement.

Bitumode logged EGP 2 million in net loss for the first quarter of 2015, against EGP 1.92 million in net profit in the same period a year earlier.
