Doha-Mubasher: Gulf International Services (GIS) reported a profit rise by 30.6% or QAR 141.7 million to QAR 605.4 million ($166 million) in the first half of 2015, compared to figures from the same period of 2014.

Revenues gained 43.8% or QAR 699.2 million to reach QAR 2.3 billion year-on-year in H1-15, according to a bourse filing.

The company previously posted profits of QAR 355.72 million in Q1-15, compared to QAR 188.61 million in Q2-14, registering an increase by 89%.
