Following the disclosure made on the 14^th of July 2015 with the relation to the Primary Court judgment in an individual labor case obliging the company to pay the amount of RO 942,810.279 (Omani Rials Nine Hundred Forty Two thousand Eight Hundred Ten and Two Hundred Seventy Nine Baisa), comprising of various elements, to the other party, this is to update the shareholders that the other party has filed an appeal on the 10^th of August 2015 and accordingly the company has presented its appeal on the 11^th of August 2015.
