Kuwait-Mubasher: Kout Food Group reported profits of KWD 2.62 million ($8.64 million) in the first half of 2015, up 6.07% from KWD 2.47 million ($8.14 million) in H1-14.

The profit rise is mainly attributed to better operating results, according to a bourse filing.

The Kuwaiti shareholding company previously reported a 33.7% growth in profits to KWD 1.39 million ($4.6 million) in Q1-15, compared to figures from a year earlier.
