Cairo – Mubasher: Misr Insurance Co. sold its 3.84% stake, which is equivalent to 441,000 shares in the Egyptian Co. for Foods (Bisco Misr) for EGP 39.688 million.

The transaction average selling price was EGP 89.86 per share.

Bisco Misr saw net profits of EGP 14.6 million in the first half of 2015, compared with EGP 20.5 million for the same period of the previous year.
