Mubasher: Khaleeji Commercial Bank (KHCB) has concluded an agreement with T'azur Takaful Insurance Co., the lender said in a statement to Bahrain bourse on Tuesday.

The agreement is to provide comprehensive insurance services, as well as third-party insurance for vehicles, property insurance and travel insurance, in addition to other personal insurance services.

The lender posted earnings of BHD 4.4 million for the first six months of 2015, compared with BHD 1.6 million a year earlier.

KHCB operates with BHD 115.4 million in capital, divided into 1.154 billion shares at a par value of BHD 0.1 each.
