Doha-Mubasher: Qatar Gas Transport Company (Nakilat) called for the convening of extraordinary general meeting to amend an article of association in accordance with the correct figures relevant to its issued capital, according to a bourse filing.

The amendment will be made to article six, which addresses the issued share capital, so as to go in parallel with the correct figure of shares, that is 5.9 million, which have not been duly subscribed at the time, Wednesday’s statement said.  

Nakilat noted that the proposed amendment is consistent with the presented share capital in the company’s financial statements, with no change in the previously reported share capital.
